Dealing with stress, 5 important practises to follow!

dealing with stress
Being in control of your life and having realistic expectations about your day-to-day challenges are the keys to stress management, which is perhaps the most important ingredient to living a happy, healthy and rewarding life.
Stress, the frequently said word today is something that we all have to deal with daily. The point is that it is a slow killer. If you allow it to take control of you, it will start eating you away. People become psychologically weak when it comes to dealing with stress. Particularly when it comes one after the other banging your head. Stress can be handled effectively by following or I should say preaching certain habits. Now I am not giving any magic trick to deal with stress right away. I am suggesting some very known habits which you are already aware about. Something which I have experienced myself and believe me they help a lot.
1) Do some exercise, daily:
I want you say this thing to yourself, ' I am going to have a workout today, maybe it's for 5 minutes. I don't care if it's Sunday.' A small amount of exercise will help you out in lot many ways. It will flush out toxins and fill your cells with fresh blood. Moreover it will prepare your body to deal with stress. It will make you stronger, both physically and emotionally as well.
2) Meditation:
It's very tough foe people to follow this practice. Some of the cool replies I hear from people are,  'I am not able to concentrate!', 'I am not going to do because I can't do it!', 'My brain doesn't get empty even for a second!' and so on. These replies make me think that how people are so damn busy!. It was really tough for me too. I sat anyhow. For seven days, I was not able to sit for even 5 minutes at a stretch! The catch here is to keep the ball rolling. Let the thoughts conquer your mind and just concentrate on your breathing. Soon you would realize that the thoughts start leaving your mind. It will fill your mind with room full of emptiness which, you could fill with positive thoughts. Trust me, it appears difficult but it isn't impossible!
3) Reading:
Reading is one of the best things I have ever experienced. Do read anything and everything you are interested in. It helps in inducing proper sleep when you read in the night. It also helps in dealing with stress by diverting your attention in different direction.
4) Sleep:
This is something more tough especially nowadays. In the period of addiction to social media as well as to extremely irregular working routines, it's really tough for us to have a regular sleep pattern. But one thing is for sure for the people with irregular working schedules, try and relax every 30 to 45 minutes. Simply disconnect with all the disturbing elements. Close your eyes and relax. Do it for 5-10 minutes after 30 to 45 minutes of engrossing work. You will be more productive. Besides that, if you can, then make a routine to sleep for 6-8 hours at a stretch!
5) Eat right:
I know with the haywire routines and less time to think about food habits, we are tempted to have anything and everything in our sight. I agree with all the things but imagine that if you own a Porsche, are you going to use regular, cheap engine oil? No, right. Porsche comes at a huge price, your body is priceless. The reason it can adapt to anything and everything, why to fill it with toxins then? Eat anything and everything but keep cleansing your body as well. Believe me, your body will thank you for it! It will give your body resistance to deal with stress.
I have been following these steps. I have benefited from these so just wanted to share it with you. How you deal with stress? Do let me know in the comments section below.

As someone who has watched the movie several times, I can confidently say that it's one of the most inspiring movies out there. The age-old adage that "money can't buy happiness" is true, but there's a catch. Money can buy you the things that can make you happy. In other words, having more money can lead to a happier life to some extent. However, it's not necessary to have your own money to be happy. The character of Rancho, played by Aamir Khan, is a perfect example of this. For him, happiness was about gaining knowledge, and he was able to do that even though the money wasn
