    Driving on an endless highway Loathing the ground beneath Countless fears lurking in mind Haunting me every night and day Doors inside my head bolted from within Blocking all the dawn Knocked out hard by the strong winds Nothing left to win Waiting on the sea of gray Seven moons and seven suns  A lot to forget, a lot to remember  I am dying a little bit everyday I met a man on the way Who greeted me with a smile I was looking in the mirror and realized Don't save it for another day Worn out, it was a long day I stopped at a place called home Room to room, came a revelation We all are dying a little bit everyday!    Image credits - Photo by Dyu - Ha on Unsplash

      The sky burst up in a confetti Snow bathed the roads The feeling of old is petty As we see each other at the crossroads   Your mellifluous voice soothed my ears As I was lost into the way you talked Where you have been all these years? Maybe you were the one I stalked   As the sky turned black The night dragged everybody to their homes Excited when you gave a nod to the snack Tonight, You be the Irene Adler and I'll be Sherlock Holmes   Night sky welcoming us as we take a stroll Silent, letting our eyes do the talking Like a soul talking to a soul And our lips do the locking   Stars playing hide and seek in the dark As the coal sees the last of its remains in ember I still have the deep love mark Loving you is the only what I remember...  

  Looking myself in the mirror Staring the hurricane in the eye As I come closer to my reflection Hiding beneath the lie   The colors in the sky turn grey Thunderstorm welcoming the day I walk on the cracked roads Below which thousands of souls lay   The unknown is the path, the unknown is the way Still, I have stepped out towards the destination The pain washed away by the tiny droplets of rain Moving on from station to station   You can't cage a bird as free as me Destined to see the places without a sigh Past influences future or future is the past Yeah, I will fly high...   I must be traveling now The love is so sweet, yeah I know Pulled me like the guitar strings So much for you, I have to show...   Photo by Alejandra Quiroz on Unsplash  

     With all the heart And my soul I embarked on a journey Without any goal  Lighting up the candles As I sit in the dark The 3 am friends came knocking Yes they appeared so stark Listened to my heart's calling Staying away from the crowds Loved the enchanting scenery Behind the white clouds   The sun kissed the mountains The ink splashed on the paper Painting thoughts with words And emotions turn to vapor   The time went by so quickly It just seemed like yesterday I was drawn to you, the pied piper Not going anywhere, I'm here to stay...   *This year, I complete 9 years of my blogging journey. It is not a roller coaster ride for me. As a person who takes things slowly, like to live a slow, peaceful life, I pen whatever I feel like writing.     Taking my breath away As I see your silky hair sway Can't wait to come to you to propose I come closer to you with a red rose! Dancing under the starlit sky Our lips meet, with a sigh Feeling cold, I put my hand in the pocket Surprise you with your favorite chocolate! The Downpour of the rain teases us There is a minus, there is a plus Making it sure that we are ready Says with a blink, the cute teddy!   As the thundering becomes intense Clouds began to form so dense  Being with you is a sweet drug Can't wait to give you a tight hug!  Wishing this night doesn't go away Is the only thing that I pray Time is running out, reaching to the peak With you, my love, every week is a Valentines week!   Also read - Nobody else, but only you!

Your long lashes Inviting me hard Old memory flashes Temptation I can't guard Dark fantasies can't be ignored When I caress your silk Slowly the wine is poured On your skin so velvety milk Our lips explore each other From top to bottom, every inch We feel a seductive smother Did you also feel the pinch? You looked at me With your tired eyes Not able to, you still prise Soothing it is, do you agree? Like the flickering candle The flame blows away Tormented by the wind Between the light and darkness Held by a raw thread That is thin and fragile Waiting to melt away But it still stays cool Getting the emotion so hot Like the fire over the hearth Loving that took me off my feet The warmth that I get from it Sitting beside the bonfire The ambience getting hotter I can feel you with the wind Under the night sky!
